I haven't been posting as much as I would like to, due to long hours at work. But lately I've been feeling so sluggish and lazy that it feels uncomfortable. I know how I got to this point so now it's time to get out. I just created some tips on how to combat having that lathargic feeling and you bet I'm taking action! :)
My tips for you on how to fight feeling Sluggish
1. Drink lots of water. Dehydration can make you tired and sleepy.
2. Incorporate fruits and veggies in your diet.
3. Don't over eat. Especially at night. Expect to feel sluggish in the morning if you do. :/
4. Exercise. Start moving. example. Go walk your dog, clean the house, do some areobics around your house. Do basically about anything that is going to get your blood pumping. You will feel good about yourself and energized.
5. Be optimistic. People who are optimistic have more energy than people who are not.
6. Surround yourself around positive people. Positive people keep you motivated!
7. Meditate/Pray. Take some time to be alone in a dark room. Close your eyes and have this time for yourself.
8. Get fresh air. Go outside and enjoy nature. Sometime being so much indoors can give us this sense of lazyness.
9. Get at least 8 hrs of sleep.
10. Set goals. People who set goals tend to focus on achieving them and makes it less likely for you to fall in a rut.
