'Tis the season to Holiday Party! And with what better way to go to a party and make a grand entrance than with House of Lashes in Noir Fairy. These ultra luxe lashes are definitely eye catchers.
They sure are absolutely gorgeous lashes but have you ever wondered what they felt like? If you are a lash girl you totally know what lashes feel like. You can kinda see them in your vision for a while but then you get used to them and by the end of the night they might feel heavy. If you don't know how false lashes feel well now you kinda got an insight.
I went to a Christmas party originally with my hair up because for the life of me I could not decide what hairstyle I wanted to wear out. And time was ticking fast so up it went. After the party, when I got home I put my hair down and started snapping away.
I'm wearing the lashes in all three pictures. So as you can see they are nice, bold, and beautiful. They make your eyes look even bigger giving them a glamorous touch.
This is the holiday makeup look I did. I went with shimmer and a cut crease. I will have a separate post on this look.
Now you might be wondering, how did the lashes feel? OMG ITCHY GALORE! I seriously wanted to yank them out at the holiday party. Thank God we were only there for 2 hours. I know it couldn't of been my lash glue causing the itch because I use DUO lash glue all the time and never had any problems.
I mostly wear MAC lashes and by the end of the night/day they feel heavy but with the House of Lashes instantly I felt they were so heavy and even more within 1 hour of having them on. My eyes started to water as well.
It might have been the material in general that was itchy but these lashes for me are ideal for photo shoots, pictures, and ok maybe I'll wear them again for New Years or something. After all beauty is pain right ;P They are so beautiful though, so I'd have to wear them again and who knows maybe the second time around will feel better?
Best way to describe them is a lash on top of another lash (stacked) making them more dense for a dramatic look.
